Martin Richard is a filmmaker, creating documentaries and branded films that explore identity, resilience, and our relationship with the natural world.
Raised in Gatineau, Québec and shaped by nearly a decade in the North, Martin found in the Yukon a landscape that transformed both his life and his creative voice. Drawn to intimate, character-driven stories, he works at the intersection of adventure and human emotion, using remote environments not simply as backdrops, but as places where people are stripped down to who they truly are.
His work spans documentary, commercial, and television productions, with films screening at the Banff Centre Mountain Film and Book Festival World Tour and the PALM Festival.
