The main production space boasts a generous 75' x 90' floor plan providing ample room for your creative vision, and is equipped with a 200 amp power disconnect to handle all your production needs.
Easy Access to grip Kit
To streamline your production, our studio houses the comprehensive SPYA Grip and Electric Package, providing convenient access to essential equipment and saving you valuable time and resources
Additional Space
Beyond the studio, you'll find a comfortable lounge and holding area for breaks and collaboration, production office space and locked storage available upon request, along with accessible washrooms, separate 14-stall and 6-stall/6-urinal washrooms, and a dedicated food service area to keep your crew fueled and focused.
Events
While our studio is primarily designed for film production, it's also available to host a variety of events, from music performances to corporate gatherings, subject to availability.
